By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must be at least 13 to use the general service. Creating an account or taking a binding commerce action requires age 18 or legal capacity to contract.

Provide accurate information, use only an identity and address you are authorized to use, and keep access to your email and sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us promptly at foundry@tenetpress.com if you believe it has been compromised.

Joining the list is free and records your edition interest. It is not a purchase, preorder, reservation, or guarantee that a copy, binding, price, copy number, invitation, or delivery date will be available. Eden Edition early-access windows and individual Empyrean Edition offers may have stated response periods.

Edition sizes and available sale copies are limited as stated. Specifications shown while a work is in preparation may change after testing or production review. Material changes affecting a reservation will be disclosed before final purchase, with the refund choice described in our Shipping, Returns & Reservations policy.

The site’s design, text, images, marks, and other content are owned by or licensed to Loom LLC unless stated otherwise. You may view and make ordinary personal use of the service. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, sell, alter, or exploit site content without permission, except where law allows.

Do not interfere with the service or its security, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce harmful code, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, use false payment or delivery information, violate another person’s rights, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity. We may limit access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the press, or the service.

The service may rely on or link to Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend, Google, Apple, Better Auth, and other third-party services. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond responsibilities that law does not permit us to exclude.

Eden Edition set 400 is intended for a future free Reader’s Copy drawing open to every eligible active list member, with no purchase necessary. The drawing is not open and no entries are accepted now. Dates, United States eligibility details, approximate retail value, and complete official rules will be published before it opens. Eden Edition set 399 is the Community Copy and will be donated to a Montana special collection.

We aim to describe the service and editions accurately, but the website may occasionally be unavailable or contain an error. To the extent permitted by law, the online service is provided without promises beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Loom LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of the online service. This does not limit responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, failure to deliver paid goods, or any liability that law does not allow us to limit.

Montana law governs these terms, without overriding non-waivable consumer protections that apply where you live. Any dispute that may lawfully be brought exclusively in Montana will be heard in state or federal courts serving Cascade County, Montana. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date and giving any notice required by law.
