The first work

ParadiseLost.

We are proud to announce our first title: Paradise Lost by John Milton, interpreted and complemented by the art of Brittney Landers.

Milton composed Paradise Lost after losing his sight. In the scale of an epic, the poem confronts freedom, ambition, obedience, and the cost of choice.

The Press

Our five-century standard.

Every book in our collector series is designed and engineered to endure for five centuries. From the chemical composition of the paper to the Smyth-sewn bindings, each material and construction decision serves one purpose: to create a generational object worthy of the work it holds.

Made by hand

No artificial intelligence touches the making of our books. Every drawing is made by hand, every page is composed by a named designer, and every contributor is credited.

Founder's Note

I began Tenet Press from a lifelong love of books and the craft of design. In creative expression, I am most interested in what can be built by human hands, without AI.

Tenet Press is operated out of Great Falls, Montana.
