Privacy Policy
Privacy,plainly stated.
This policy explains what Loom LLC, a Montana limited liability company doing business as Tenet Press, collects and how we use it.
Last updated September 2, 2026.
Information
What we collect
We collect information you give us, including your name, email address, mailing and delivery addresses, list and edition preferences, contact messages, account details, reservation and order records, and related correspondence. Stripe processes payment-card details; Tenet Press does not store full card data.
We also receive limited technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address, request and security logs, device or browser information, referring pages, and cookieless aggregate Web Analytics. Turnstile may evaluate signals needed to distinguish people from abusive traffic.
Purposes
Why we use information
We use information to provide accounts, authenticate users, manage the mailing list and edition interests, answer enquiries, process reservations and purchases, arrange delivery and returns, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain records, improve the service, comply with law, and send the monthly letter when you have chosen to receive it.
Providers
Who processes information
We use Cloudflare Workers, D1, KV, Turnstile, and cookieless Web Analytics for hosting, storage, security, and measurement; Resend for email; and Stripe Checkout for payments. Better Auth runs within Tenet Press’s Cloudflare Worker and D1 database. Google and Apple process sign-in information only when those options are configured and you choose one.
These providers process information for us under their own terms and may use facilities in the United States or other countries. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a merger, financing, or transfer of the business.
Browser storage
Cookies and local storage
Secure cookies keep an authenticated account session active for up to 30 days. A localStorage value remembers your light or dark theme on that browser. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell personal data or share it for targeted advertising.
Retention
How long we keep information
Contact messages expire after one year. Account sessions last up to 30 days. We keep mailing-list and account information while the relationship remains active or until it is no longer needed. Orders, reservations, payments, refunds, and related financial records are retained as needed for operations, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
Choices
Your rights and choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing through any letter and can change list preferences without affecting an account, deposit, or purchase. You may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or object to or restrict certain uses, subject to applicable law and records we must keep. Email foundry@tenetpress.com; we may need to verify your identity before acting.
Security
Security and children
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Accounts or purchases involving binding commerce actions require age 18 or the legal capacity to enter the transaction.
Changes and contact
Questions or changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised date and give additional notice when required. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to foundry@tenetpress.com or mailed to Tenet Press, 1415 NW Bypass, Great Falls, MT 59404, USA.
