Finished-book shipping is not included in the book price. The available service, charge, and estimated delivery window will be disclosed before payment. We ship only to destinations supported for the offer and may be unable to serve some countries, regions, or addresses.

Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Production, customs, carriers, weather, and events outside reasonable control can cause delay. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, deliverable address and for promptly reviewing any address confirmation we send.

For international deliveries, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs authorities may require identifying information and may delay or refuse a shipment.

After a completed book is delivered, you may request an inspection return within 14 days. Contact foundry@tenetpress.com before sending it. You pay insured, tracked return shipping, and the complete item must reach us in its original condition, including all volumes, enclosure, inserts, and accompanying materials.

A return is not approved for damage caused after delivery, missing components, handling beyond reasonable inspection, or an item returned without adequate protection. These limits do not reduce rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.

If a delivery arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us promptly with the order details and photographs of the item and packaging. Tenet Press will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping and will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate and as stock permits.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after we receive and inspect a return, or after we approve a damaged or incorrect delivery claim. We normally initiate the refund within 10 business days; your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears. Original shipping charges are refunded only for damaged or incorrect deliveries or when required by law.

A $200 reservation deposit secures an agreed Empyrean Edition copy. It is fully refundable until it is applied to the final purchase. It does not guarantee a particular copy letter or delivery date. Tenet Press absorbs any payment-processing fee that is not returned to us when a valid deposit refund is made.

Once a deposit is applied to the final purchase, the completed-purchase terms, including the return rules above, govern. Refunds return to the original payment method; your financial institution determines posting time.

Before final purchase, we will disclose any material change to the edition, binding, target price, or expected schedule that affects a reserved offer. You may accept the change or request a full deposit refund before the deposit is applied.

An invitation or purchase offer may include an expiry time. If you do not complete the stated action in time, the offer may be released to the next eligible person. Joining the list, receiving an invitation, or paying a refundable deposit does not guarantee general availability or a delivery date.
